Rick Stein served up a tasty mackerel with dill and new potatoes dish for a real fast food on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 4 mackerel, each weighing about 175-225g, 450g new potatoes, 1 small bunch of fresh dill, chopped, stalks reserved, 50g seasoned flour, 25ml vegetable oil, 25g unsalted butter, 1 lemon and salt.
