Dean Edwards served up a delicious summer fruit meringue roulade dessert with raspberry sauce on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 4 egg whites, 1 tsp lemon juice, 230g caster sugar, 1 tsp cornflour, 50g crushed hazelnuts, 250ml whipping cream, Seeds from 1 vanilla pod, 200g strawberries hulled and quartered and 100g fresh raspberries.
For the raspberry sauce: 200g fresh raspberries and 30g icing sugar or more to taste.
