James Tanner served up a tasty Asian beef fajitas dish on Lorraine.
Ingredients: 125ml dark soy sauce, 75ml mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine), 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp grated ginger, large pinch dried chilli flakes, 50g brown sugar, Zest and juice of 1 lime, 2 sirloin steaks and 1 tbsp oIl, for frying.
For the mango salsa: 2 mangoes, peeled and cut into small cubes, 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp fish sauce, ½ red onion, finely diced and 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander.
To serve: 4 soft tortilla wraps, Large handful fresh bean sprouts, 2 spring onions, sliced on a diagonal, ½ cucumber, sliced into long strips and a few coriander leaves.
