Simon Rimmer served up a tasty Chicken Cooked with Garlic Bread dish on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 x 2kg corn fed chicken, 2 tbs sea salt, 1 tbs black pepper, cracked.
For the bread: 1 stale ciabatta/French stick/French loaf, torn in to big chunks, 125g olive oil, 2 heads garlic, roasted, 4 sprigs rosemary, 2 lemons and chopped parsley.
