Singer Adam Lambert turns his hand to cooking when he tackles a salmon in coconut sauce recipe on Sunday Brunch UK cooking show with chef Simon Rimmer and Tim Lovejoy.
The ingredients for the dish are: 4 x 175g salmon fillets, skin on, Oil to fry, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 tbs fresh ginger, grated, 1 birds eye chilli, chopped, 400ml tin coconut milk, 1 Piece bruised lemon grass, 2 tsp turmeric, 350ml chicken stock, Splash fish sauce, Juice 1 lime, 6 halved cherry toms, 3 chopped spring onions, 2 heads pak choi, quartered, Coriander leaves and Sesame seeds.
Adam also revealed his love for buying shoes online and believe he has one made with kale.
The American Idol star was on the show to promote his new album The Original High (Deluxe Version), released in the UK this week.
