Phil Vickery serves up Thai Style Spicy Carrot Salad as part of his summer BBQ recipes on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 lemon, 100g green beans, cut into 20 cm pieces, 10 cherry tomatoes, halved, 2 medium organic carrots peeled and ½ white cabbage.
Ingredients for the dressing: Juice 3 large limes, 3 tbsp tamarind paste, 3 tbsp nam pla (Thai fish sauce), 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 2 heaped tsp finely chopped fresh red chilli, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 heaped tbsp. caster sugar, 50 ml vegetable oil and Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
