Ainsley Harriott visits Iceland and served up a quick and easy to make langoustine with garlic butter, wholegrain mustard and honey on Ainsley Harriott’s Street Food.
The ingredients are: 100g butter, 2 large garlic cloves, crushed, 1 heaped tsp wholegrain mustard, ½ tsp honey, 1kg langoustine tails (shell intact), freshly ground black pepper, steamed new potatoes and crusty bread and lemon wedges, to garnish.
