Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty barbecued chicken with bajun marinade served with sweet corn on Ainsley Harriott’s Street Food in Barbados.
The marinade consist of: equal measures of rum and dark soy sauce, fresh lime juice, brown sugar, fresh chilli and fresh thyme leaves.
