Nigella Lawson served up a tasty roast pork loin with oregano, Param ham, banana shallots and vegetables dish on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1.5kg boneless and rindless loin of pork, 2 fat cloves garlic, minced, few sprigs fresh oregano, plus more to serve, 100g Parma ham, sliced, ⅓ tsp dried chilli flakes, 1 onion or 2 shallots, unpeeled, 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp dry white vermouth and 4 tbsp boiling water.
