Ainsley Harriott served up a fast and easy tasty chicken and spinach curry with flat breads on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 500g boneless chicken thighs, 2 tbsp Madras curry paste, 6 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 onion, thinly sliced, 2 garlic cloves, crushed *2 tbsp grated fresh root ginger, 1 green chillies, finely chopped or ½ tsp chilli powder, 500ml (1 pint) vegetable stock, 1 x 200g tin chopped tomatoes, 225g baby new potatoes, halved, 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas, rinsed, 225g baby spinach leaves, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
For the flatbreads: 6 tbsp Greek yoghurt (reserve 2 tbsp to drizzle over the top), 1 egg, lightly beaten, 225g self-raising flour and 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander.
