James Tanner serves up a speedy pork stroganoff which takes just 30 minutes from start to finish on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 250g pork fillet, 1 tbsp olive oil, Knob of butter, ½ onion, sliced thinly, 1 tsp paprika, 110 chestnut mushrooms, cut into quarters, 70ml soured cream, Squeeze of lemon juice, Pinch chopped parsley, Salt and pepper, to season and 180g fresh egg tagliatelle, cooked for 3 minutes in boiling salted water.
