Simon Rimmer served up a delicious hot cross bun chocolate pudding on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients: 8 hot cross buns, Butter, Sultanas, Demarera sugar, 9 egg yolks, 1 egg, 400ml double cream, 600ml milk, 200g chocolate, 125g sugar, A splash of vanilla and 100g choccy bits.
