Bill Granger served up a spicy turkey meatballs with rigatoni for a easy mid-week meal for four on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 3 tbsp olive oil , 1 small onion, finely diced, 2 garlic cloves, crushed,½ tsp ground coriander, 1 red chilli, thinly sliced (optional), 400g minced turkey, 3 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs, 2 slices of smoked streaky bacon, chopped, 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, 400g cherry tomatoes, halved, Freshly ground black pepper and 125ml chicken stock.
To serve: 400g rigatoni, cooked and Parmesan shavings.
