Simon Rimmer served up a delicious blood orange tart served with custard for lunch on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are for the filling are: 200g sugar, 3 blood oranges, juice and zest, 1 tsp orange blossom water, 6 eggs, 2 yolks and 200g butter.
For the topping: 3 blood oranges, peeled and cut into rounds and 1 tbs caster sugar for glazing.
