Shelina Permalloo serves up tasty grilled chicken wraps with honey mustard on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: Iceberg lettuce, Chicken breast butterflied and kept whole, 1tbsp olive oil, Salt and pepper to season, 200g mango (1 large mango chopped into small cubes), 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper chopped into small cubes, 2 Spring onion finely chopped , 2tbsp French mustard with seeds, 2tbsp runny honey, 2 tsp white wine vinegar and Thyme brush and and plenty of thyme.
