Simon Rimmer make a delicious strawberry upside down cake that he recommends should be served with cold custard on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 250g strawberries, cut into rounds, 50g soft dark brown sugar, 120g butter, 50g greek yoghurt, 175g sugar, 3 eggs, 175g self raising flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract and 2tsp cinnamon.
