Shelina Permalloo serves up prawn and noodle salad in Mauritius on Lorraine.
The ingredients are:
350g egg noodles, 3 tbsp sweet Thai chilli sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, Juice of 1 lime, Handful of coriander, 250g cooked prawns slit lengthways, 100g green beans, 50g toasted cashew nuts, 1 medium red onion thinly sliced into half moon shape, Pinch white pepper and 10 X fresh red chilli (for granish).
