For the topping: 150g tinned chopped tomatoes, 150g Passata, sieved tomatoes, 2 Mozzarella balls, drained and cut into little cubes, 5 fresh basil leaves, sliced, 8 fresh basil leaves, whole, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt and pepper to taste.
