The ingredients are: 1 tbsp of good quality butter, 4 large potatoes, Sea salt for sprinkling, 1 tsp reduced-fat butter or olive oil, 1 leek finely chopped, 500g pork mince, 3 tbsp cooked brown rice, A little freshly chopped sage, Zest of 1 lemon and Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
