Anneliese served up a tasty Gnocchi and red pepper pesto dish on Mel and Sue.
The ingredients for the Gnocchi are: 1kg Desiree potatoes, 200g plain flour, 2 large egg yolks and salt and pepper.
For the red pepper pesto: 285g jar of roasted red peppers, large handful of fresh basil, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 50g blanched almonds and 50g parmesan (vegetarian alternative).
