James Tanner serves up healthy orange chicken stir-fry for an easy Monday night meal on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 250g skinless chicken breast, Zest and juice of 1 large orange, 4 tbsp of dark soy sauce, ½ tbsp olive oil, 100g purple sprouting broccoli tops cut into 2 cm thick pieces, 2 cloves sliced garlic, 1 sliced red chilli, 100g trimmed spring onions cut in half across, 60g (small handful of fine thin match stick cut carrot), 300g straight to wok noodles, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp clear honey, 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, ½ tbsp , drizzle sesame oil and Handful of fresh coriander, chopped, and a few leaves for garnish.
