Take That performed live for the first time since Robbie Williams rejoined the band earlier in the year after a 15 year absence.
Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Mark Owen and Jason Orange have been performing as a four piece group since Robbie left in 1995. After a 10 year absence they reformed in 2006 and have proven to be popular than ever. Having welcomed Robbie Williams back into the pack, they performed in public last night together for the first time since 1995.
The band showcased their newest single “The Flood” from their album “Progress” that was released this week.
Robbie opened the song and looked very comfortable on stage as though he had never left the band. The chemistry between the boys was excellent on the night and long may it continue. Personnel I think they are better now than they were pre 1995, so I hope they will stay together and keep the brilliant songs coming.
