James Martin makes arancini (deep fried rice balls) with deep-fried courgette flowers on James Martin: Home Comforts.

Arancini are a classic Sicilian savoury dish made with stuffed rice balls which are coated with breadcrumbs and fried. They are usually filled with ragù, tomato sauce, mozzarella and peas.

For his arancini James used courgette and lemon risotto previously made and added extra cheese and ham.
