Mark Botwright from South West Garlic Farm showcased his black garlic and garlic scape on James Martin: Home Comforts.

The farmer once raised sheep, got into garlic faring by accident when his wife gave him three garlic bulbs seventeen years ago; The family has not looked back since.

Mark now grows a variety of garlics on the farm but two of the most popular and profitable lines are the black garlic and garlic scape. These are sold to top chefs all over the country.
