Dale Pinnock serves up a healthy salmon with spiced squash puree and wilted greens dish on This Morning.
The Medicinal chef says: “This meal is good for your skin, nails and hair and there’s no hiding how the food we eat affects how we look on the outside.”
The ingredients are: 2 large red onion, finely chopped, 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped, 2 tbsp olive oil, Pinch sea salt, 1 large butternut squash, peeled & diced into cubes, 500ml vegetable stock, 2 teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of ground ginger, 4 salmon fillet, Salt and freshly ground black pepper and a large handful of shredded greens (for eg. Cavelo nero, spring greens) per person to serve.
