Mary Berry makes a tasty gravy with port to accompany a roast turkey at Christmas lunch on Mary Berry’s Absolute Christmas Favourites.
The ingredients are: 4 tbsp of fat from the juices of the turkey, 3 tbsp flour, 400ml hot chicken or turkey stock, 6 tbsp port, few drops of Worcester sauce, 2 tbsp soy soy sauce, all the juices from the turkey pan, pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
