Jamie Oliver gets into the Christmas spirit serving a couple of his favourite cocktails – Rum old fashioned and Le Fizz – for the festive season on Jamie’s Cracking Christmas with friend and expert cocktail maker Simone Caporale.

Ingredients for Rum old fashioned are: 2 parts Bacardi Black rum, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 1 splash water, 1-2 tsp sugar/a sugar cube and ice, cubed.

The ingredients are: 1 ½ parts Grey Goose vodka, 1 part St. Germain elderflower liqueur, 1/4 lime, 2 parts soda water and ice, cubed.
