The ingredients for the refreshing looking dish are: 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas, 100 g feta cheese, 100 g baby spinach, 1 lemon, 1/2 tsp sweet smoked paprika, 4 large sheets of filo pastry and 1 splash olive oil.
