Marcus Wareing’s warm chocolate custard with a crunchy coating served with salted caramel Ice cream and cocoa nib tuile recipe, proved a real test for the fifth group of chefs in the Invention Test on Masterchef The Professionals.
The dessert is inspired by Marcus’s childhood and using the same ingredients as well as an array of other ingredients in the Masterchef kitchen, the chefs have just ten minutes to compose and one hour to produce a stunning chocolate dessert to help keep them in the competition.
