It is day seven of MasterChef: The Professionals 2014 and the first set of five chefs of week 3 enter the kitchen to showcase their cooking skills.
However, to stay in the competition they must prove to Chefs Marcus Wareing, Monica Galetti and food critic Gregg Wallace that they have what it takes or they will be given their bus fare home.

The five chefs are:
Jonathan 30, from London
Aaron 22, from Omagh
Katherine 31, London
Scot 26, from London
Billy 22, Doncaster.
Jonathan, Aaron, Katherine, Scot and Billy begin their bid for the coveted MasterChef: The Professionals title with a total of three daunting tests to prove themselves to the judges.
The first challenge they face is the Signature Dish Test. The five chefs have one hour to cook one plate of food that showcases just what they can do, before one must leave.
The four remaining chefs must then take on Monica’s Skills Test ( make a millefeuille with caramel and raspberries ), followed by Marcus Wareing’s Invention Test ( cook aroast lamb with mint and radish dish) before one or more is sent home.
