Simon Rimmer cooks pork chops with hasselback potatoes and creamy cabbage on Daily Brunch.

The ingredients are: 350g cooked new potatoes, 150g unsalted butter, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 4 pork chops, (4 x 200g), 2 tbsp olive oil, 300g smoked bacon lardons, 1 head of savoy cabbage, shredded and blanched and 100ml double cream.
