Dean Edwards cooks a healthy oussaka with yogurt on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 500g lamb mince, 1 large aubergine sliced 1⁄2 cm thick, 2 medium potatoes peeled and sliced, 1 onion finely diced, 4 cloves garlic crushed, 1 tbs fresh mint chopped, 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 500ml carton tomato pasatta, 1 tbs tomato puree, 100ml white wine, 150ml lamb stock, 1 tbs dried oregano and 1 tsp sugar.
For topping: 200ml sour cream, 100g feta cheese crumbled, 1 egg beaten and Small grating of nutmeg.
