Marcus Wareing cooks pigeon with onion purée and jersey royals potatoes with a recipe that put five chefs to the test on MasterChef Professionals.
The chefs do not get to see how Marcus prepared his dish, but they are given the same ingredients as well as an array of additional ingredients to create a dish to impress for the Marcus’s Invention Test.
The chefs have just 10 minutes to compose and one hour to cook their stunning pigeon-based dish before Marcus gets to sample the dishes and deliver is verdict.
