Tom Kerridge serves up a lush lemon pepper chicken dish in one pot on Tom Kerridge’s Best Ever Dishes.
Tom says: “This tasty tray bake is super easy – all the flavour comes from the delectable honey and mustard marinade.”
The Ingredients are: For the marinade, 4 tbsp clear honey, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 3 garlic cloves, peeled, grated, 3-4 tsp cracked black pepper, to taste and 2 lemons, zest and juice.
For the lemon pepper chicken: 4 bone-in chicken breasts, skin removed, each breast scored three or four times using a sharp knife, 4-5 sprigs fresh rosemary, 1 lemon, thinly sliced, 700g baby new potatoes, salt and freshly ground black pepper and handful chopped fresh flatleaf parsley leaves, to serve.
200 degress for half an hour u mix the zest from the lemon with the juice garlic etc .. score the chicken…rub into the chicken ..put the chicken in the fridge for ten mins other wise the lemon will start cooking the chicken and then bast the chicken again ut un cooked new baby potoes in the dish with fresh rosemary and add the chicken and sauce on top and put into the oven for half hr on 200 x
