Simon Rimmer cooks steak Diane with chestnut mushrooms and brady on Daily Brunch.
The ingredients are: 4 sirloin steaks, fat trimmed off, 1 tbsp Oil, to fry, 1 onion, finely sliced, 125g chestnut mushrooms, sliced, 50g butter, 25g for cooking and 25g to sautee the greens, 1 clove clove garlic, sliced, 30ml Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 50ml brandy, 200ml double cream, 1 packet of chips and 1 greens, to serve.
