Paul Hollywood shows how to make his raspberry and chocolate doughnuts with a light and fluffy brioche dough on The Great British Bake Off 2014 Masterclass 4.
The ingredients for the dough are: 250g strong white flour, 25g caster sugar, 40g unsalted butter, 2 free-range eggs, 5g sachets instant yeast, 4g salt, 70ml warm milk.
For the filling: 1 whole raspberry for the raspberry doughnut and chocolate chunks for the chocolate doughnuts.
