Sophie Thompson reveals the secrets of her uncle James’s Orange pie recipe on This Morning.
The 2014 Celebrity Masterchef winner made the pie in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity campaign Bake it Better.
The ingredients are: 180g butter, 180g sugar, 225g biscuits, crushed, 350g white marshmallows, 150ml fresh orange juice, 300ml whipping cream, plus extra to serve, 3 egg whites, 50g pistachios to decorate, chopped and A drop of rosewater (optional).
