Phil Vickery serves up a vegetarian delight of tomato, butternut squash, chickpea and potato braise dish on This Morning.
Phil serves his dish with paprika and sour cream, and a side dish of baked garlic pitta slices.
However, for all the meat lovers out there, Phil adds fired turkey coated with egg white to the veggie dish.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp any oil, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 red onions, peeled and sliced thinly, 4 cloves garlic crushed, 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes in juice, 1 400g can chickpeas drained well, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp any vinegar, 1 x 10g vegetable stock cube, crumbled, 2 medium potatoes, 2cm cubes roughly no need to peel, 1 small butternut squash, peeled and roughly chopped into 4cm pieces, 1 heaped tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 200g sour cream or thick yoghurt and 6 tbsp roughly chopped parsley.
For the non vegetarian version: ½ egg white, 2 tbsp cornflour, arrowroot or tapioca starch, pinch salt, pinch ground pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, 400g turkey breast, sliced into 2cm strips and 2 tbsp any oil.
