Brian Turner makes Berkswell cheese toastie bread pudding in Warwickshire using a superb recipe on A Taste Of Britain.

Brian’s inspiration for the dish came after a visit to Henley-in-Arden in Warwickshire where he took a look around the premises of the region’s most famous cheesemakers, Berkswell, and their flock of milking sheep.

The award winning cheese is handmade on the Brekswell farm by Stephen and Sheila Fletcher and was the main ingredient for Brian’s celebratory dish paying tribute to local produce in the county of Warwickshire.
