Brian Turner serves up beer-battered chicken goujons in Warwickshire on A Taste Of Britain.

Brian’s inspiration for the dish came after a visit to Purity brewery in Warwickshire to sample the local beer.

Purity was set up in the county in 2005 and today they are one of the fastest growing craft breweries in the UK, producing three awarding-winning beers.

Brian used their beer in his tasty looking finger food recipe of beer-battered chicken with chilli and lemon juice.
