Chef Mike North served up venison with mash potatoes dish at the North Nut Tree Inn on A Taste Of Britain wowed Brian Turner and Janet Street-Porter.
Mike started cooking in professional kitchens at the age of 15 while still at school. Today he owns and runs the Michelin starred country pub and restaurant The Nut Tree Inn in Murcott along with his partner.
Mike believes in cooking with locally grown ingredients and describe his cooking style as ‘modern’ British using the best ingredients available.
