Aldo Zilli serves up Pan Fried Sea Bass With A Courgette And Aubergine Stew on the Alan Titchmarsh show.
The ingredients are: 1 red onion diced, 1 red pepper diced, 1 aubergine diced, 1 courgette diced, 1tbsp sugar, 2tbsp balsamic Vinegar, 1tbsp tomato purée, About 250ml water, 2 seabass fillets, 1 bunch basil, 2 skinned and deseeded tomatoes, chopped, Olive oil and Lemon juice.
