Who is Stacie Stewart? She is a self-taught cook that rose to fame after reaching becoming a finalist on BBC’s MasterChef. She is also know for being a big fan of all things 60s and often sports her trademark beehive hairdo.
Stacie makes her delicious dessert for Alan’s pudding club segment on today’s show.
The ingredients includes: sultanas, brandy, plain flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, caster sugar, dark brown sugar, eggs, unsalted butter, cooking apples, hazelnuts nuts.
For the brandy sauce: 150g unsalted butter, 150g dark brown sugar and 300ml double cream.
