Chef Mitch Tonks served up a Spanish style hake dish at the Seahorse Restaurant that went down a treat with Brian Turner and Janet Street-Porter on A Taste Of Britain.
Brian and Janet visited the restaurant as part of their tour of South Devon, seeking out local food and ingredients and seeing some of the major landmarks in the county.
The Seahorse restaurant specializes in seafood and is situated on the banks of the River Dart in Dartmouth. The restaurant prides its self on having some of the best fish and shellfish in the world that are landed not far from their location. Much of their seafood are cooked over an open charcoal fire.
