The former trawlerman who runs his seaside restaurant ‘The Jetty’ in Christchurch, Dorset, cooks the show-stopper dish for Brian Turner and Janet Street-Porter that showcase some of the local seaside delicacies.
The Jetty is well known for serving mouth-watering fish dishes from fish that are landed daily on the local Quay.
Alex’s twist on is crab croquettes is to put brown crab butter running through the middle.
