James Martin croquetas with manchego cheese and prawns recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty croquetas with manchego cheese and prawns on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 550ml milk, 100g butter, 150g plain flour, 1 tsp sweet paprika, 200g shelled prawns chopped, 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley, 100g panko, 2 eggs, 75g flour, Vegetable oil, for deep-frying, Salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the dip: 300g chickpeas, 100ml olive oil, 100g almonds, 1 lemon juice and zest, 1 red chillim and Small bunch parsley.

To serve: Lemon mayo and grated manchego.
