James Martin served up tasty honey roasted parsnips with sherry and thyme on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 750g parsnips , cut into thick slices, 3tbs honey, 50g butter, 50ml water, Few sprigs of thyme chopped and 25ml sherry.
