Jamie Oliver served up a tasty my Thai red chicken and squash traybake with frozen peas and ice on Jamie’s Feast For A Fiver.
The ingredients are: ½ a butternut squash (500g), olive oil, red wine vinegar, 1 heaped tablespoon Thai red curry paste, ½ a bunch of fresh basil (15g), 4 chicken legs (200g each), 6 spring onions, 1 x 400ml tin of light coconut milk, 1 mug of long grain rice (300g), 1 lime and 100g frozen peas.
