Anissa Helou served up a tasty Lebanese madfuneh with chickpeas, green beans and tomatoes on Jamie’s Feast For A Fiver.
The ingredients are: 200g coarse bulgur wheat, 1 medium onion (about 150g), peeled, 3 garlic cloves, peeled, 450g French green beans, 6 medium tomatoes (about 750g), 60ml extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle, sea salt, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 x 400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed, freshly ground black pepper and 4 spring onions, trimmed.
