Jamie Oliver served up a tasty quick fish curry with green beans and clove-flavoured rice on Jamie’s Feast For A Fiver.
The ingredient are: 1 mug of long grain rice (300g), 6 whole cloves, 1 onion, ½ a bunch of fresh coriander (15g), olive oil, 3 heaped tablespoons tikka masala curry paste, 1 x 400g tin of plum tomatoes, 400g frozen white fish fillets, from sustainable sources, 150g frozen green beans, 1 x 400g tin of light coconut milk and 1 teaspoon runny honey.
